Cookbooks I'm giving up

What I've just sent off to the friend I'm pretending is making me list what I'm giving away:

I kept the cookbooks friends (and one ex-husband)  inscribed to me but otherwise kept only the vegetarian ones or the ones from countries where I lived like Algeria and Spain+ special "relics" like the Mamounia and recipes from San Francisco back in the seventies.

I could give up:

60-Minute Gourmet from the New York Times

Emergency First Aid  (I find myself recycling things like Kaiser Permanente 2015 in favor of reading more engaging things like Marginalia.)

A Dictionary for those who have to cook love to cook, or refuse to cook because even though it looks funny, I've never used it.  Oh, it does look good though!

Musical Feast:  Recipes from over 100 of the world's most famous musical artists because I've never even opened it...until now.  Wow!  Mick Jagger, Liza Minnelli, Gee Gees, Johnny Cash, Roy Rogers, Madonna...1995, the year I turned 50!  Oh, and the proceeds go to the National Coalition for the Homeless.  But...it's not all vegetarian, and the proceeds have already gone.

Household Hints & Tips  because I can look up things online now

Mary Ellen's Best of Helpful Hints for the same reason...even though its copyright is the same as Jonathan's birth year, 1979

Chevys & Rio Brava FreshMex Cookbook because it's not all vegetarian

Betty Crocker's International Cookbook because it's not all vegetarian

More-with-Less Cookbook from the Mennonites because it's not all vegetarian

FanFare Desserts:  Fifty favorites that take the cake because I'm not all that crazy about desserts, or so I tell myself because I'm borderline diabetic.  Grandmother and aunt both had diabetes.

The Cake Bible  Same reasoning

Over 300 Delicious Ways to Use Your Bundt Pans  Same reasoning

Sunset Easy Basics for Good Cooking  I'll never learn the basics, however easy they are.  I have to make complicated dishes so no one knows how they should have turned out.

Cooking in the Nude:  "Quickies"  because my ex-husband didn't inscribe it.  Maybe he didn't even give it to me.  Its copyright is 1985, after we were divorced and never nude together

Monday to Friday by Michelle Urvater because I don't cook Monday to Friday.  I just make salads.

Cocina Mexicana by Beatriz Cadena becuase if I need a Slpanish word, I can go online

The Fannie Farmer Cookbook because I never really used it

I don't think this is the kind of community-provided bench the SF Chronicle was talking about today in its article https://www.sfchronic...
