Donald Trump as The Deep State and Dark Money Coming to the Surface

When I suggested to friends that Donald Trump was not an aberration but was the "deep state"  and "dark money" coming to the surface, someone said, "Oh, but Tina!  Donald Trump is insane."

Does he think that the deep state, the shadow "government" that really runs our world (the military, corporations, lobbyists) is sane?
