What's YOUR Disability?

I ask the students to put anything I need to know in their letters of introduction and on their white attendance cards under Remarks.  Just now I checked to see whether I'd missed this information for a student who has, a tutor discovered, a hearing problem, but there's nothing under remarks on her white attendance card, and her letter of introduction focuses on how "excited" her summer was because she went with friends to Great America  (She does divulge some personal info on diary keeping, but that pertains to an ex-boyfriend, not to overcoming obstacles of any other sort.)

I've learned (a bit late!)  that I'll have to have a form using the word disabilities!  "List any disabilities below."  Maybe I should say "List All Disabilities...."  Maybe I'll even word it "What disability to you have?"  Sometimes I think we all have at least one!

I don't think this is the kind of community-provided bench the SF Chronicle was talking about today in its article https://www.sfchronic...
