I'm a big fan of Kevin Fisher-Paulson, so I was happy that the SF Chronicle printed my letter today, but I don't know why they changed the headline I quoted!  His last  column (for a while, I hope.  Not forever) had the headline "A break from writing about life to focus on living," which is more poignant than "taking care of myself."  He hopes to survive!  He is not going gentle into that good night! I hope he's rewarded as all of us are when we read his column.
